This print was originally created to raise funds for wildlife affected during the recent Australian bush fire crisis.

The artwork was inspired by Billy the koala who was rescued from a bushfire zone by Adelaide & Hills Koala Rescue. Sadly Billy couldn’t recover from his injuries and passed away not long after the fundraiser.

$10k was raised in 2 weeks and was evenly distributed to WIRES, Wildlife Victoria, Port Macquarie Koala Hospital and Adelaide and Hills Koala Rescue. The money will be used in the continued efforts to rehabilitate and regenerate wildlife injured and lost during the fires.

While the fundraiser ended on 1st Feb, the print can still be purchased with profits now supporting the artist.

Small prints will be packaged with a backing board and in rigid mailers. A3+ will be rolled carefully and delivered in mailing tubes.
